Shipping

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

 

RH-UDE is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact orders@rh-ude.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Pre-Orders / Made To Order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

TEARS OF JOY: 
Eligibility for Return:

The Tears of Joy Bracelet is eligible for return for store credit or exchange only.
Refunds are not available for this item.

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange your bracelet for another size or style, subject to availability.
If you would like to exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.

Store Credit:

If you prefer, you may return the bracelet for store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Condition:

The bracelet must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Licensed Collaborations

Products from the exclusive Rhude x Lamborghini collaboration, are Limited Edition, & cannot be canceled or refunded. Exchanges will only be accommodated for items within the same collection, provided the request is made within 15 days of purchase. Please be aware that these items cannot be returned for a refund.

International Orders

We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers around the world. Please read the following terms and conditions to understand how our shipping process works, particularly for international orders.

1. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers like DHL and UPS to ensure timely and reliable shipping for all our orders, both domestically and internationally. You will be able to choose your preferred carrier at checkout, based on available options.

2. Duties and Taxes

For international orders, we have partnered with Shopify Managed Markets to streamline the calculation and payment of all import duties and taxes. This allows us to offer a Duties Paid shipping option, meaning all necessary import taxes and customs duties are calculated at checkout. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery of your order.

3. International Shipping and Delivery

  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes: Customers ordering from outside of the country where we are based will have all import taxes and duties calculated and charged during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will not face any additional customs or tax fees. This ensures complete transparency and convenience.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier and service chosen during checkout, as well as the destination of your order.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout based on the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance processes in your country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Responsibility for Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy below. Please note that any shipping fees or duties/taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

7. Exclusions

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations. You will be notified at checkout if shipping to your country is unavailable.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories.  Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.

Returns

Domestic orders can be returned for free within 15 days of the order being received. International orders will incur a fee for processing. 
All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact orders@rh-ude.com to initiate your return.

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of the order being placed. 
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
